Stuck on Patch Screen

Problem: Game is stuck on on patch screen and restarting the launcher does not fix it.

If this occurs try the following fixes:

1. Clear the App folder. You can find instructions for this here.

2. Make sure that your App folder is not being compressed (Windows). You can follow the instructions in this post to check.
