In battle I've noticed it can be difficult to know when your attack cool down is over and I've read in Discord some people are spamming the attack key.
My Suggestion would be to have the q/attack button fill up over the second you have to wait, or have an icon above the player or energy bar that fills up. Just some visual way to tell then you can attack again so you don't feel the need to spam the attack button.
My other suggestion is in regards to healing out of battle. I noticed some people on Discord didn't like having to go through the menu every time they wanted to heal. My solution would be an out of battle/out of menu hot key bar you can assign items to. So if you want to eat bread out of battle you just hit the 1 key and you heal.
Those are my suggestions for now, I may update this as I play more of the event.

Yeah assigning items to number keys sounds awesome to me. Would also be nice to have the ability to navigate the menus without using the mouse.
In my ideal world this would function as closely as possible to Mac and Windows file browser windows.
Also support for USB game controllers without having to touch the keyboard or mouse would be cool.

A slot you can put your stack of food in for a quick heal key would be pretty cool.
